Processing Times

Artwork & Handmade Items: Usually ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer; estimated timelines will be confirmed at purchase.
Stationery & Small Goods: Ship within 3–5 business days.
Digital Downloads: Available immediately after payment.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via Canada Post (or equivalent courier). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Expedited or tracked shipping options are available at additional cost.

Delivery Estimates

Canada: 3–10 business days (depending on location and shipping method, all products ship out of Vancouver, BC).
United States: 7–14 business days.
International: 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Please note these are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Once an order has shipped, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, but we will support claims with the courier when possible.

Local Orders

We love supporting our local community! If you’re in the Lower Mainland, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you with pickup details and timing. This option helps you save on shipping costs and reduces packaging waste.
